Principle

This website is deliberately built lean. It sets no cookies, embeds no external services – no fonts, maps, videos or analytics – and uses no tracking. All files are served from our own server. Opening these pages therefore transfers no data to third parties.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the server automatically records information sent by your browser: the page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL and IP address.

This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure stable and secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure operation of the service. This data is not combined with other sources. Log data is deleted after seven days at the latest.

Contact and enquiry form

If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone, we process the details you provide solely in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding.

We delete this data once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected – as a rule three years after the correspondence ends – unless statutory retention periods apply.

Recipients

Your data is not passed to third parties, apart from our hosting provider, which processes it on our instructions under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No transfer to countries outside the European Union takes place.

The website is operated at a service provider that processes the resulting data solely on our instructions under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Only servers within the European Union are used.

Links to social networks

We link to our LinkedIn profile. This is a plain text link, not an embedded element: as long as you do not click it, no data is transferred to LinkedIn. Only on clicking do you leave this website; from that point the privacy terms of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company apply. The legal basis for the link is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in presenting the company.

Security measures

In accordance with Art. 32 GDPR we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of protection appropriate to the risk. These include encrypted transmission of all content, up-to-date systems, restricted access rights on the server and regular backups. All data on this website is held on systems that only we can access.
